Robyn Hazeltine
Founder & Certified Notary Public — San Tan Valley, ArizonaHi, I'm Robyn — and I started Hazelnut Notary Services because I believe getting important documents notarized should be simple, stress-free, and convenient. Too often people have to take time off work, drive across town, or wait in line just to get a signature witnessed. I wanted to change that.
As a National Notary Association (NNA) certified notary public and Notary2Pro certified signing agent, I bring professional training and a genuine commitment to accuracy to every appointment. I am NNA background checked, fully insured, and bonded — so you can trust that your sensitive documents are in reliable, professional hands. Whether I'm traveling to a home, hospital, care facility, or connecting with you online from across the country, my goal is always the same: make the process easy and give you complete peace of mind.
A personal commitment
Every client who reaches out to Hazelnut Notary is trusting me with something that matters - a real estate closing, a loved one's power of attorney, a passport for an upcoming trip, or a new hire's first day of work. I take that trust seriously. My approach is always personal, patient, and detail-oriented, because the goal isn't just to complete a transaction - it's to make sure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

HOW DOES REMOTE NOTARIZATION WORK?
The signer’s document is uploaded to the RON platform. The signer’s identity is verified through photo identification and KBA (knowledge-based authentication). The notary and the signer communicate using audio visual technology. Once the signer’s identity has been verified and all other requirements completed, the signer and the notary sign the documents electronically and the notary affixes an electronic seal. The RON platform creates an electronic journal entry and records the notarization using audio visual technology.
WHAT IS A REMOTE NOTARY?
Remote online notarization (RON) is when a signer personally appears before the notary at the time of the notarization using audio-visual over the internet instead of being physically present in the same room.
Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT IS A MOBILE NOTARY?
A mobile notary public travels to your location to witness and authenticate signatures on legal documents. Instead of visiting a notary's office, our certified notary comes to your home, workplace, hospital, care facility, or any convenient location. We bring all necessary supplies and handle the entire notarization process on-site.
WHAT IS A LOAN SIGNING AGENT?
Notary signing agents are notaries public, who usually have experience and/or training concerning the proper execution of loan documents. They are hired by mortgage companies, escrow companies, title companies, and signing services to identify loan documents, obtain the necessary signatures, and, in some cases, deliver the documents to the borrower. A signing agent is an impartial party to the transaction and must adhere to the notary laws of their state or jurisdiction.
WHAT TYPE OF ID IS NEEDED FOR NOTARIZATION?
Notarization requires a current government issued photo ID such as: Driver’s License, Identification Card, Military ID, Passport. Expired ID is not accepted.
HOW Will I KNOW WHAT TYPE OF NOTARIZATION I NEED?
If you're not sure what kind of notarization you need, contact the document drafter or receiving agency to confirm what notarial act they require before you visit the Notary. If in doubt, you may contact a lawyer for guidance.
